In Belgium, the purchase of fireworks must be accompanied by a warning regarding conditions of use for safe practice. Therefore, your fireworks shop must comply with the following conditions :

(a.) To have official authorization: : The sale of fireworks in Belgium is only permitted in licensed firework shops that hold a sales permit issued by the local authorities. Before choosing where to buy your fireworks, verify that the shop has this permit.
