Your toy order delivered where you want

Your online toy wholesaler works with a reliable carrier to ensure that all your orders arrive in good time and in good condition.

Your products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when you place your order with DMC e-shop.

You can choose a delivery address which may be different from your billing address.

Reasonable transportation costs

Shipping costs include handling, packing and carriage costs. They can be made up of a fixed part and a variable part, depending on how much volume has to be packaged by your online toy wholesaler.

Orders placed separately cannot be delivered as being one order to be delivered at the same address and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. So, the good idea to spare shipping costs is to pool purchases into one order.

Delivery is at your own risk, as each pack is professionally protected and tightly wrapped.

Belgium, Holland, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

For any purchases of less than 200€ (all taxes included) : handling, packing and shipping costs of 20€
For any purchases between 200€ and 1.210€ (all taxes included) : handling, packing and shipping costs of 50€
Orders worth more than 1210€ (all taxes included) will be delivered free of charge.

France and other European countries

Besides the costs of handling and packaging, the delivery fees for (Metropolitan) France and other European countries depend on the value of basket, the volume to ship and where you have to be delivered.

If you wish to place an order online, DMC's e-commerce site will suggest a quote step during which we will calculate the packaging and transport costs with our shippers.

After having given the cost of delivery, you can end your online order.

Free pickup at Marcinelle

Delivery costs can of course be spared if you order online to have your goods reserved by your toy wholesaler and pick them up at our Farciennes Cash & Carry (Charleroi).

You may also send, at your own charge, your own carrier, to pick up, at Cash & Carry, goods previously ordered and paid.

In these two cases, DMC will notify you as soon as the order is ready for the removal of the goods. So, DMC offers the handling and packing fees.
